Brand, media, content, measurement
ARSA Health is a private-equity backed plastic and reconstructive surgical platform organizing 100+ providers across 35+ locations into something the specialty has never seen at this scale. No playbook. No comp set. No benchmarks. ARSNL built the patient acquisition program from the groundup — brand, media, content, and measurement — practice by practice and rolled up to the network. The board sees what the practices see.

The brief
ARSA Health is a category-defining roll-up. Bringing 100+ plastic and reconstructive surgeons across 35+ locations under one platform creates clinical and operational scale the specialty hasn't had before. The marketing problem that comes with it is unprecedented: no playbook to copy, no comparable network to benchmark against, and no shared patient acquisition program across the practices being rolled in.
ARSA needed a patient acquisition program that worked at two levels at once. Each practice still serves a local market and needs local performance. The network needs a portfolio view — channel mix, CPL, ROAS, and capacity utilization across the platform.
What we did
We stood up the patient acquisition program from the ground up — the same operating model at every practice, the same measurement framework across the network.
- Brand and patient experience. A patient-facing identity and message system that holds across geographies and physician brands.
- Integrated performance media. Meta, Google, programmatic, and CTV tuned to procedure mix and capacity at each practice, measured to booked consults.
- Content and creative. Procedure-level creative, physician interviews, and patient stories produced on-site at practices across the country.
- Practice and network web. Conversion-focused pages, locator architecture, and lead capture aligned with the network's CRM.
- Measurement and reporting. One reporting system the practices and the board see — CPL, ROAS, channel contribution, and capacity utilization rolled up from practice to network.

Why it worked
The acquisition program runs the same way at every practice: same channel architecture, same creative system, same measurement. That's what makes the roll-up work as marketing. Each practice still meets its local market with creative and offers that fit that market. The network gets the portfolio view it needs to allocate capital and capacity.
Based in Miami, ARSNL partners with practices and healthcare networks nationwide. The team is bilingual (English and Spanish), which matters in the multicultural markets where ARSA operates. Engagements run on video and in-person reviews, with travel to client sites for kickoff, network rollouts, and on-site production days for physician interviews and patient story shoots.
