Content, social, influencer
ARSNL took over content development and social media marketing for GrowHealthy, a Florida dispensary network, in 2021. Inside a year, Pioneer Intelligence — the third-party firm that benchmarks brand performance across 680 cannabis brands — ranked GrowHealthy #6 in Social Media, #1 in cannabis for retailer brands, and #2 in the Florida Index. In an advertising-challenged sector, the work has had a measurable impact on revenue.

The brief
Cannabis is the hardest category in advertising. Paid is restricted on most major platforms, organic is policed at the post level, and the brands that win do it by earning attention instead of buying it. GrowHealthy needed a content and social engine that could compete in that constraint — and a measurement story credible enough to take to a category that prizes proof.
What we did
- Social rebrand. A new look-and-feel and a Social Brand Guide that codified the visual system across channels.
- Content strategy & production. A continuous calendar of original content — lifestyle, product, dispensary, and education — produced in-house and on shoots.
- Content photography. Owned photography across product and lifestyle so the feed didn’t rely on stock or supplier assets.
- Influencer marketing. Florida-credible creators recruited and managed to extend reach beyond the dispensary’s organic footprint.

Why it worked
The Pioneer Intelligence jump from #260 to #6 didn’t happen because we found a media loophole. It happened because the brand started showing up every day with original photography, a clear visual system, and creators the audience already trusted. In a category that gets less ad inventory every quarter, that’s the work that compounds.
